The highest accepted bid, subject to any applicable reserve, seller approval, technical validation, fraud review, or auction rules, will generally be deemed the winning bid.

Auction ALL LLC reserves the right to reject bids, reopen bidding, withdraw lots, cancel auctions, resolve disputes, refuse service, or suspend bidder privileges at any time and for any reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the auction process.

You agree to pay all amounts due for winning bids, including but not limited to the hammer price, buyer’s premium, taxes, processing fees, storage fees, shipping charges, handling fees, and any other disclosed charges associated with the transaction.

Payment must be made within the timeframe stated for the auction or invoice. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of the sale, suspension or termination of bidding privileges, forfeiture of the item, relisting of the item, and any other remedies available to us by law or contract.

Items must be picked up within the stated pickup window unless other arrangements are approved in writing. Items not picked up on time may be subject to storage charges, forfeiture, abandonment treatment, disposal, relisting, or other handling at our discretion.

Shipping timelines, carrier performance, damage, delays, and delivery outcomes are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing. Buyers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges unless otherwise agreed.

6. Seller and Consignor Representations

If you submit property to Auction ALL LLC for sale, consignment, liquidation, or auction, you represent and warrant that you own the property or have full legal authority to sell, consign, transfer, or authorize the sale of the property.

You also represent that the property is not stolen, unlawfully possessed, subject to undisclosed liens, or otherwise restricted from sale.

Auction ALL LLC reserves the right to refuse items, remove listings, cancel lots, or decline service at its sole discretion.

Any seller proceeds, fees, commissions, deductions, timelines, settlement terms, chargebacks, return issues, storage costs, disposal fees, labor costs, or related obligations may be governed by a separate seller or consignor agreement where applicable.
